Athletics have always been a part of Kenneth's life. He spent 7 years playing professional basketball overseas in Europe and New Zealand.  Prior to his professional careers, he played basketbal at Brigham Young University. He won many honors during his career, including 2 time MVP of his collegiate team, player of the game in the NCAA Tournament gave against Tulane, and Mr. Basketball honors in Utah his senior year in HS after winning multiple state championship trophies with his HS team.

 

After his professional career, he transitioned into coaching High School basketball. He also does private or group coaching lessons where he has a special interest in teaching youth not just the game of basketball, but how sport can help us learn lessons that apply to the ability to thrive in life. As a Mental Skills Coach and Marketer in business, Kenneth sees how the power of mental skills training can be a positive asset for any endeavor.

​As an educator, Karen especially enjoys empowering youth and coaches in the ability to harness the mind. She enjoys doing presentations, working in small groups, or one on one.  

 

Karen understands the importance and power of choice to help us heal and get through tough times. As a Mental Skills Coach, she applies the tested and effective concepts and techniques of her sport psychology training. SHe enjoys seeing an individual put aside their self-limiting beliefs and reach their potential. 

 

Using proven techniques, we provide personal or group instruction.
